Welcome to Talking With Danyaal ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.  
 


1. Services Provided
 

Talking With Danyaal offers speech and language therapy services, including but not limited to:

  • Assessment and diagnosis of speech, language and communication disorders  

  • Individualised therapy sessions (in-person or online) 

  • Parent/ caregiver training and support  

  • Workshops and educational resources  

 


2. Client Responsibilities

 

  • Provide accurate medical and case history

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time (late arrivals may not receive extended time)

  • Pay fees as agreed upon before or at the time of service

  • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations (late cancellations may incur a fee)

 


3. Fees & Payments

 

  • Fees for services will be communicated before booking

  • Payment is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed

  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, PayPal

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

 


4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of a session may incur a 50% fee

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee

  • Refunds for prepaid sessions will be provided only if cancellation is made 48+ hours in advance, minus any processing fees.  

 


5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

 

  • All client information is kept confidential in accordance with GDPR and professional ethical guidelines.  

  • Personal data will only be used for therapy purposes and will not be shared without consent, except where required by law.  

 


6. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website (resources, worksheets, videos) is the property of Talking With Danyaal and may not be reproduced without permission.  

 


7. Limitation of Liability

 

  • While we strive to provide effective therapy, individual results may vary

  • Talking With Danyaal is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our services

 


8. Changes to Terms


We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website/ services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
